Booking terms and conditions
These terms apply to private chauffeur-driven transport provided by AnfaTripLux (73 Bd d'Anfa, Casablanca 20016). A more detailed version (guarantees, cancellation) will be published once complementary documents are available.
1. Booking
No account is required. The booking is recorded when you confirm payment (demo card, or pay the chauffeur). A summary and PDF documents (voucher, receipt or invoice) are available on the confirmation page.
2. Price and payment
The fare includes the vehicle, chauffeur and selected extras (child seats, name sign, stop). 10% VAT is added only if you choose a tax invoice. Payment is made online by bank card (Stripe) when you book.
3. Services
Airport transfers, city-to-city journeys and hourly hire. The chauffeur may wait in line with airport practice (when a flight is provided). Significant delays or changes to the route or schedule should be reported on +212 6 61 89 70 27.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel from your client dashboard. More than 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation and an automatic 100% Stripe refund. 24 hours or less: cancellation with no refund. A no-show is not refunded — the full fare remains due. If AnfaTripLux cancels, the client is refunded 100% (or compensated).
5. Waiting time
Airport transfers: 60 minutes of free waiting. Other pickups: 15 minutes. After that, if the client is not present, the trip can be marked as a no-show with no refund.
